Heritage Inn Express Roseville

Loved the friendliness and helpfulness of the two young men we talked to on the phone or met in person upon checking in. We inquired about an early check in and were given helpful information about when to call back to see if our room would be ready early. Upon check in we were helped quickly and kindly and given our choice of room locations which we appreciated. The room was clean and updated recently The fridge and microwave all worked just fine. The bed was comfortable and I LOVED that they had pillows with a variety of textures and thicknesses and weights. (There were 4 pillows for the king sized bed.) I always want a big thick comforter to wrap myself up in when I sleep and have had to resort to bringing one with me, especially during the winter when no matter what temp a hotel room is, I still feel cold. So, yes, I had to bring in my own thick blanket from my car. To be fair, I didn’t even call the desk to ask for another blanket… so I don’t know if they had something they could have brought me or not. But there definitely wasn’t a thick blanket in the bed, nor were there extra pillows or an extra blanket already in the room. Lastly, when I tried to take a shower to warm up after being out in the cold all evening, I was very dismayed to find that even with the temp indicator all the way on hot that my shower was about 1° away from being flat out cold (in such a way that I would have requested a new room!). But it wasn’t. It wasn’t a hot shower, and I wouldn’t even say it was a warm shower. But it was an “almost warm” shower. Which isn’t a good thing at all. I even tried the trick where you back off from “all the way hot” just a bit to see if that kicks the hot/ cold water ratio up enough. But nope. That didn’t work.. although having temporarily “more cold” shower water then gave me the illusion that the “all the way hot” water was warmer than it really was! LOL. So. Great value. Great location. Felt safe. Clean. Friendly. But needs thicker blankets, more pillows and hotter shower water.

We had a ridiculous fun stay at this beautiful old hotel in Roseville California!!!!! We love the beautiful insect tub , everything was so clean, And the staff helping us namely Christian was amazing. He was exceptional and helped us with anything and everything we asked him for with a smile very genuine very grateful to have him as our host. Hope you all swing in would recommend to anyone they're doing a beautiful job restoring this place!!!!

Served me hot coffee with a smile after Mc D wouldn’t servce me because I didn’t drive drunk. Location could be better with a food source located next-door that would feed you after you’ve been drinking. Five star service for allowing my fur baby to stay in the room with us.

Best ever motel I’ve ever stayed. Staffs are sweet. Free bottle water upon arrival. Room is sparking clean and specious. They gave me breakfast bag!

I had to stay in Roseville 2 nights for the Bar exam and I reserved Best Western Orchid when I got there and It was terrible, dirty, smelled like cigarettes and mold. However I left and came to Heritage Inn. When I got here I was impressed by how clean the hotel was, front desk Jammie was very friendly. The room was tidy, comfortable and bathroom super spacious. Well worth the money and that felt like a hotel not a motel at all. Bed was great with nice comforter and clean sheets and pillows smelling fresh. I appreciated that very much! Great quality body wash, shampoo & conditioner and body lotion. Room was exactly like in the photos.

Thank you too the morning staff (didn't get the 2 young man's names) and after staff Cristian and Cynthia Saturday aug/23/25 They have made my stay so easy and they are really professional Place has lots of parking... Room was really clean...(thanks to the cleaning staff)

I had concerns when I pulled up to this hotel for my reservation but I had called and the manager was AMAZING on the phone as well as the front desk receptionist. Upon arrival, I was greeted with smiling faces and you could tell there was some upgrades taking place. I got to my room and it was GREAT! It had recently been upgraded and I honestly have no complaints. The partially sunken bath tub in the floor was my favorite and it was so big. My room was clean and there was not a smell at all. I will definitely stay here again!

I enjoyed my stay there. I had a large room with a king-size bed. The mattress wasn't the best but I slept. The room appeared to have been remodeled. I really was impressed by the size of the room. The bathroom was large with a mid-sunken tub (only way to describe it). The tub was pretty cool. All 3 employees I dealt with during the stay were nice, engaging, full of suggested ideas abouty future stays, having any amount of ice you may need, just great people. It's not a luxury hotel but the room was nice & pleasing and the employees were absolutely great so I will book this hotel again.
